When I went in, I had asked them. How do you use the GM points and they wrote it on my ticket well, when they told me my car was done. I went up to pay and they said I had enough points to pay for it that day and it was my birthday, so it really made my day to know that I could use my points towards my oil changefor the first time since I joined the GM program thank you guys for a wonderful birthday present

I had an appointment for a recall for my Buick. I was told it could take about an hour to a hour and a half. They showed me to the waiting room where I waited for the work was being done. Very comfortable area. I was called 45 minutes later and my car was done and ready to go. Excellent customer service and very polite employees.

Two problems were brought to the attention of the dealer, one was, perhaps, taken care of. My major concern was the transmission downshifting noise that also shakes the vehicle. I was told the mechanic did not detect such an issue and yet, yesterday, March 10th, the transmission had the same issue five times when I left the house. I am concerned that over time this issue may create more problems. It is concerning when I read that many owners of this model reported the same issue and yet, GM has taken no action.

Our 2024 Equinox, that was purchased at a different dealership in 2024, had its fuel pump module fail as I was driving it down the highway. I was able to successfully get a tow using the Chevy roadside app. Power where I bought my other Chevy from and use for all our maintenance needs, was super helpful in providing after hours drop off information for the town in and had my car repaired and ready to go by 10 am the next day!! I was even offered the free car wash coupon. Power customer service really turned a frustrating and stressful situation into a positive and happy resolve for me. They once again exemplified top tier customer service and reconfirmed while I will always take my vehicles to power for any service needs!

When I was ready to leave, I wanted to use my points. They said they couldn’t get their computer to pull them up and then I needed to pay, but they didn’t offer me my senior discount or military discount or nothing. I had to pay the full amount and I feel that was very unfairwhen I had more than enough points to pay for tons of oil changes.

The only issue I had was that the finance officer dropped the ball on scheduling the ceramic coating and interior treatment I paid for at signing. He did however expedite getting me scheduled once I called in to inquire about the schedule. David Johnson is my sales rep. He is amazing! He has been very attentive and has gone above and beyond at making sure I'm taken care of. Keep this kid around and give him a raise. I would definitely buy another rig from him and will recommend him and Power Chevrolet to my friends and family!

Our experience was very good but our problem was not solved! We took our vehicle in for multiple problems and most of them got fixed except the bigger issue of a weird noise being present. The service department said they couldn't replicate it so we thought it might have been fixed until we got the vehicle back and the noise is present now almost more then ever. My wife was suppose to go on a test ride with the technician to explain what we are hearing but her schedule conflicted with their schedule and was not able to and we haven't had a chance to call the service department back yet other then this our experience was very good

One of the main reasons i brought it in is the air conditioning needed fix no cold air They replaced the compressor but no cold air and the weather is hot! Not very good to be professional mechanics and still didnt fix the air conditioning!!

I had forgot to ask about the car not quite shutting down once you stop and push the ignition button to shut down. We had an incident where we got to a destination and shut the car off but the electrical didn't seem to stop even when the drivers door was opened and closed the radio and lights on the dash stayed on and we struggled for about 15 min. to get it to finally shut off. This is concerning as we don't need electrical issues with this brand new vehicle. Plus we were not informed to begin with that the def would be filled on the first visit as well and we had filled the tank of def a week before the vehicle was to go in. A little frustrating that all the benefits of the first visit wasn't pointed out. Other than that Power Chevrolet was efficient and helpful.

Although I was educated in a new feature for which I was very grateful. I'm hugely disappointed after trying to get my dash came fixed that I bought and had installed by chevy. The rear camera doesn't work, wifi is intermittent and the night vision also doesn't work. After driving two hours I was told not our product not our problem call the manufacturer. But when I did I discovered they have a service option for dealers. Way to stand by the products you sell - not.

Well first off the guys at Power always treat me great. However I think there was a little mishap that caused me some grief this time. I had an oil change on my Buick encore. I think the guys had to loosen up the hose clamp on my coolant hose to get the oil filter out and forgot to tighten it back up. The day after my oil change (Wednesday) my car overheated and left me stranded. When I was able to get it home the coolant was empty. Refilled, pressure tested at home and found the hose clamp loose so my coolant was leaking out. Tightened the hose clamp up and all is well now. But I can see that the clamp is slightly in the way for oil filter removal. Honest and easy mistake. Would be a nice gesture to at least get a free oil change next time for all my trouble and cost for new coolant etc. thanks. Glenn 503-409-8386

Big thanks to the guys at Power chevy in Sublimity. John and Ricky in particular. I came in with what I thought was a coolant leak. Well, yeah, a big one as it turns out because my water pump was shot. They actually got me in that morning and had my car done that afternoon. I was kinda shocked to be honest. I appreciate it. I commute 2 hours total a day and I rely on my little Buick a ton. Very appreciative.

Even after I told the service dept what was wrong it took two trips to resolve the problem. They only relied on a OBD scan and a simulated trailer connection which showed nothing until I drove out with the errors showing on the screen with the truck running. Then they agreed and said it would be next week to get the part from Reno. I made one phone call and found the part thru another dealers parts dept at a local GM dealership owned by who? Power!
