I live in Portland and have driven an hour to Power Chevrolet for five years because of the team of honest professionals I absolutely trust to take care of my vehicles. A few days ago, I took my 2002 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck to the shop to have a 2" lift kit installed, along with other work I asked for, as I am taking an out-of-state trip that will include towing and going off-road. I had several calls with Omar, the service manager, a month in advance, to let him know what I wanted to do and to get his opinion. He worked with Neil, the mechanic who has done all the service work on my vehicles, and together they made suggestions on how the work would be done. When one of the parts in the kit did not fit, the parts manager, David Irey, located it in short order, since this truck is an AWD Quadrasteer and some parts need to be second-sourced for fitment. David's action in sourcing the required part ensured I got my truck back on the promised day. Power's Chevy is where I go for quality service and support.

The only issue I had was that the finance officer dropped the ball on scheduling the ceramic coating and interior treatment I paid for at signing. He did however expedite getting me scheduled once I called in to inquire about the schedule. David Johnson is my sales rep. He is amazing! He has been very attentive and has gone above and beyond at making sure I'm taken care of. Keep this kid around and give him a raise. I would definitely buy another rig from him and will recommend him and Power Chevrolet to my friends and family!

Our experience was very good but our problem was not solved! We took our vehicle in for multiple problems and most of them got fixed except the bigger issue of a weird noise being present. The service department said they couldn't replicate it so we thought it might have been fixed until we got the vehicle back and the noise is present now almost more then ever. My wife was suppose to go on a test ride with the technician to explain what we are hearing but her schedule conflicted with their schedule and was not able to and we haven't had a chance to call the service department back yet other then this our experience was very good

Although I was educated in a new feature for which I was very grateful. I'm hugely disappointed after trying to get my dash came fixed that I bought and had installed by chevy. The rear camera doesn't work, wifi is intermittent and the night vision also doesn't work. After driving two hours I was told not our product not our problem call the manufacturer. But when I did I discovered they have a service option for dealers. Way to stand by the products you sell - not.

The bed cover was installed quickly and after learning how to use said item, it works smoothly, fits tightly and looks very nice. It appears as though it may solve another issue which is water entering the storage in the tailgate due to a rubber trim along the rear of the cover. The installation was quickly completed. I had forgot to ask about the car not quite shutting down once you stop and push the ignition button to shut down. We had an incident where we got to a destination and shut the car off but the electrical didn't seem to stop even when the drivers door was opened and closed the radio and lights on the dash stayed on and we struggled for about 15 min. to get it to finally shut off. This is concerning as we don't need electrical issues with this brand new vehicle. Plus we were not informed to begin with that the def would be filled on the first visit as well and we had filled the tank of def a week before the vehicle was to go in. A little frustrating that all the benefits of the first visit wasn't pointed out. Other than that Power Chevrolet was efficient and helpful.

Well first off the guys at Power always treat me great. However I think there was a little mishap that caused me some grief this time. I had an oil change on my Buick encore. I think the guys had to loosen up the hose clamp on my coolant hose to get the oil filter out and forgot to tighten it back up. The day after my oil change (Wednesday) my car overheated and left me stranded. When I was able to get it home the coolant was empty. Refilled, pressure tested at home and found the hose clamp loose so my coolant was leaking out. Tightened the hose clamp up and all is well now. But I can see that the clamp is slightly in the way for oil filter removal. Honest and easy mistake. Would be a nice gesture to at least get a free oil change next time for all my trouble and cost for new coolant etc. thanks. Glenn 503-409-8386

Even after I told the service dept what was wrong it took two trips to resolve the problem. They only relied on a OBD scan and a simulated trailer connection which showed nothing until I drove out with the errors showing on the screen with the truck running. Then they agreed and said it would be next week to get the part from Reno. I made one phone call and found the part thru another dealers parts dept at a local GM dealership owned by who? Power!

GREAT JOB, Got me in taken care of and on my way. I also noticed that the plastic housing around the fuel fill pipe was misaligned when I had some cosmetic work done and a body shop in Salem and the pickup box had been moved rearward. They did not re align that housing and secure the tether for the fuel cap was not secured and I have not had time to do anything myself, but noticed even tho that was not your responsibility you took care of it. I really appreciate that . Thanks a bunch.

A service desk staff member greeted me at my vehicle as I was exiting it after pulling into the service door. He knew what I was there for and made it easy to pass off the keys. They followed up with me when the checked the engine air filter and showed me that it was time to replace it. Had it all done in about an hour. Everyone I saw greeted me and were friendly. It was also good to see the same salesman who sold us our vehicle 7 years ago still there.

Well, yeah, a big one as it turns out because my water pump was shot. They actually got me in that morning and had my car done that afternoon. I was kinda shocked to be honest. I appreciate it. I commute 2 hours total a day and I rely on my little Buick a ton. Very appreciative.

I live in Portland and have driven an hour to Power Chevrolet for five years because of the team of honest professionals I absolutely trust to take care of my vehicles. A few days ago, I took my 2002 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck to the shop to have a 2" lift kit installed, along with other work I asked for, as I am taking an out-of-state trip that will include towing and going off-road. I had several calls with Omar, the service manager, a month in advance, to let him know what I wanted to do and to get his opinion. He worked with Neil, the mechanic who has done all the service work on my vehicles, and together they made suggestions on how the work would be done. When one of the parts in the kit did not fit, the parts manager, David Irey, located it in short order, since this truck is an AWD Quadrasteer and some parts need to be second-sourced for fitment. David's action in sourcing the required part ensured I got my truck back on the promised day. Power's Chevy is where I go for quality service and support.
